A student with a personal concern or issue with a staff or faculty member or fellow student is encouraged to speak directly with the person involved as a first step.  If a satisfactory resolution is not obtained, the student should speak with the Director, who is responsible to ensure that the student is heard and the concerns are acted upon.

All concerns and issues will be evaluated, and appropriate action will be taken.  All complaints will be kept on file.
