Our professional standards regarding draping and nudity are as follows:
- Students are taught and practice in class, professional draping techniques.
- All students will learn front torso therapeutic massage techniques with the breast area covered. In addition, female students will learn to give full front torso therapeutic massage techniques with both male and female fellow students. Female students will receive full front torso therapeutic massage techniques in a separate area from the male students and will practice only on other female students or their instructor. Male students will learn full front torso therapeutic massage techniques only with other male fellow students or with their instructor.
- Genital areas are covered at all times.
- Classroom nudity is prohibited.
- Students are fully clothed when giving massages.
- Students are taught to discuss draping issues and to professionally respond to client requests.
- Inappropriate verbal comments or behavior is prohibited.
