Due to the small size of HTSMT, students will not be assigned a specific staff member as an academic advisor. For any academic concerns it is recommended that the student speak with their instructor directly. If s/he is not satisfied with those results then it is recommended that an appointment be made with either the or Director or Assistant Director.
Student records include: grades, transcripts, transfer credits accepted, certificates awarded, dates of attendance, and recommendations. Permanent records for all graduates are kept on file at HTSMT. Students are allowed one copy of their transcript free of charge. Additional copies can be obtained with a written request and a $10.00 transcript fee. A duplicate diploma is $20.00. Student records are confidential and are released to third parties only upon written request by the student. Transcripts and other records will not be released if the student is delinquent on financial payments or if there is an outstanding amount owed to HTSMT. Any other requests for academic information will also be assessed a processing fee of $10 per request.
